Malvern, Iowa is a charming community in Southwest Iowa located just 35 miles southeast of the Omaha metro. In 2020, the population was 1,046 with growth on the horizon! Malvern is home to a public golf course, municipal swimming pool, library and conference center, agricultural businesses and government offices, medical clinics and pharmacy, a bank, great restaurants & more! The Mills County Fair Grounds is located in Malvern as well as the Wabash Trace Nature Trail. 

Wabash Landing will be the home of 62 single family homes starting in 2023. The subdivision sits directly adjacent to the Wabash Trace Nature Trail and Boehner Pond. Coming to Malvern in 2024 is the newly constructed and remodeled East Mills K-12 campus located just a few blocks away as well as a child care center serving children from the ages of 6 weeks to 12.
